Taskbook: How to customize the tags

Tag names, icons, and colors can be customized. The tag of a task can easily be changed, or deleted. You can also move the tag up or down on the tabs by using Drag & Drop.

1. Customizing the tags

To start customizing the tags, tap the "Settings" button and then select “Tags”.

2. Edit tags

Tap the tag you want customize which brings you to the Edit Tag screen.

How to change the icon tag

To choose an icon from the pre-made list, tap the “Select from Defaults” button. If you would like to select a different icon, please see the following article.

Change the color of the tag
You can pick any of the available colors for each tag.

Once set, the changes will take effect.

3. Create a new tag, delete, or change the order

To create a new tag, tap the "+" button. If you want to delete or change the order, please select the “Delete and Change Order” button.

4. Shortcut to customize a state

Press and hold state tab to customize a state.
