In order to add tasks to calendar automatically, You have to change settings.
1. Settings
Select "General" in Settings and turn on "Auto Event Generate" switch.
2. Adding Tasks to Calendar Automatically
When you decide due date of some tasks, they will added to calendar.
When you drop a task to "Planned", The Calendar to decide due date will pop up.
The task has been added to calendar.
3. Selecting Default Calendar to Add Tasks
You can select default calendar to add tasks.

TaskBook: Archiving Completed Tasks
You can archive completed tasks.
Archiving Completed Tasks
Select "Archives" in settings and select "Archive Completed Tasks".
The table shows number of completed tasks in each months. Check months that you want to archive and tap the "Archive" button.
Archived tasks can be viewed by month or by tag.

TaskBook: Repeating Tasks Periodically
You can set repeating rule to a task. When tasks that have repeat rule are completed, next task will be added automatically.

Edit task to add repeating rule.
Select one of the 7 repeating rules. Here I select "Day(s) of Each Month" and select day in next screen.
go back to former screen and select origin.
2. Complete a Task That Have Repeating Rule
This Icon shows that the task has repeating rule.
When you complete the task, next task will be added.

2. Show or Hide Completed Tasks
You can select show or hide completed task. Tap the button in toolbar and Select "Show Done" or "Hide Done".
When you select "Show Done". Completed tasks are displayed in searched tasks.

Taskbook: The freedom to design new state and tag icons
Icons that are drawn with an iPhone app can be used if none of the default icons are sufficient. You can any drawing apps in the AppStore. I explain how to draw using my app "sketcher" ( iTunesStore ).
1. Drawing an icon
Start "Sketcher" and create a new sketch.
Draw a picture. When you draw detail, pinch to zoom up.
When you finish drawing, tap the action button and select "Save to CameraRoll".
2. Taskbook: Adding the new tag
Select the Settings button on the toolbar and then tap “Tags.” In the Edit Tag screen, change the name and tap the Icon Image. Choose the “Select From Library” button.
Select the picture you saved earlier in the camera. Place the picture so it fills as much of the frame as possible.
Change to the color of your choice to complete the configuration.

Draw a picture in black on a white background. Set the color to black. Please use a somewhat thicker pen. The icon may look thin and collapse because they reduce the size if you use a thin pen. For iPhone 4 or later, use a 50 pixel wide pen. For iPhone 3 or older, a 25 pixel wide pen is good.

TaskBook makes it easy to add many tasks at once using the Pasteboard.
1. How to create a task list on a PC
Create a task list on the computer's notepad and email to the iPhone or iPod touch.
Write the titles one per line. Use a comma if you want to add a note.
For example, create the following.

Buy Train Tickets

Taskbook: How to customize the tags
Tag names, icons, and colors can be customized. The tag of a task can easily be changed, or deleted. You can also move the tag up or down on the tabs by using Drag & Drop.
